We've worked alongside RAF Employer Engagement to tell the stories of RAF Reservists and the employers who support them. What began as a single project has grown into our longest-standing client relationship, built on trust, authenticity and a deep understanding of the RAF community.

Challenge

RAF Employer Engagement needed authentic content to help businesses understand the value of employing RAF Reservists. The challenge was to create stories that would resonate with organisations of different sizes, industries and locations, while providing flexible assets that could support employer engagement across digital channels, presentations and events.

Solution

Working as an extension of the RAF Employer Engagement team, we developed a long-term video content programme built around authentic storytelling. We identified Reservists and employers from a range of industries and regions, ensuring every film reflected genuine experiences and demonstrated the mutual benefits of Reserve service.

Designed for use across multiple channels, each film became part of a wider content library that could be reused to support recruitment, employer engagement and advocacy activities.
